What is Our Return & Exchange Policy?
We give you an option to return or exchange hassle free for the items purchased on Gessy.shop within 2 day of delivery, subject to conditions mentioned below.
You can mail us at support@gessy.shop for any Return/Exchange request with your order id or any other query. Our customer service executives will contact you within 12-24 hours to resolve your issue.

We are responsible to bear reverse shipment charges only in case of damage product as received, No exchange or return request shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Only Photos will not be accepted. The video needs to be from the beginning to end of complete parcel with its packaging.
please share images and video on mail itself to show the damage, in all other cases such as quality is not as expected or size is big or small then expected, or for that matter any such reason apart from defect the customer shall bear the reverse shipment charges .
Pick up:
In most locations, we offer a pick up service. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
Self-ship:
If your area pin code is not serviceable for pick up, you will need to self ship the product via any reliable courier partner. After shipping, you have to share courier receipt with us on email id help.miniwwesst@gmail.com

What is Our Refund Policy?
We initiate the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful.
Once the order is successfully picked up from your location or if u have self shipped once it has reached back to us we will process refund for you , full amount is refunded except for shipping charges if any incurred.
For QR or UPI orders please provide a valid upi number on mail to initiate refund.
Refund is processed from our end within 24 hours of reverse pick up but it takes 5-7 days to reflect in your account . if after 10 days also you have not received the refund please mail us back again and we shall help you with RRN number which can help you to check with your bank.
